Trust is what it’s all about for a concept like Easygoing. We trust you, that you’ll treat the gear as if it was your own. And you have to trust us, that we have found the best gear for your needs.
However, sometimes unexpected things can happen. And in these cases it’s good to have an agreement of what to do.
The following terms and conditions therefore constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Easygoing ApS.
It is important that you read these terms carefully before accepting this agreement.
We offer a full money refund until one week before delivery. That way you don’t have to worry should your plans change.
If you wish to cancel your booking later than one week before delivery, we offer a 50% refund.

Delivery always has to be to you personally or a member of your group, that you have a forehand informed us about.
The reason for this is that this way you can personally check for yourself, that all the gear you have booked is correctly delivered.
You (or the agreed member of your group) are required to produce proper documentation as proof of your identity. Proper documentation may include passport, driver’s license or other documentation with an identifiable photo and name.
Upon delivery you will receive a list of all the gear from us, which both you and we will sign, after you have checked the delivery. You get a signed copy and so do we.
That way we avoid misunderstandings, and it gives us a chance to compensate you, should anything have been forgotten or incorrectly delivered.
When your booking has ended and we arrive to pick-up the gear, we will repeat this process. So please keep your copy of the gear list.
Upon delivery, you will be charged a deposit of 100 €. We do this on the spot via our portable card terminal, and you will receive an email receipt. As soon as the gear has been picked up and we have checked that everything is ok, the deposit will be repaid.
The rental period begins when we have delivered you the gear, and ends when we pick it up again.
Should you ask us to pick up the gear before the initially agreed pick-up date and time, you will not be refunded any amount for the remaining period.
If you don’t show up or have all the gear ready for the agreed pick-up time, coursing our driver to return again later that day or the next day, you are obliged to pay a minimum of the cost for an extra day’s rental, including delivery cost.
If your failure to live up to the agreed pick-up time, has an impact on another customer reservation, we will impose a penalty of up to 50% of your total rental cost (incl. delivery cost).
You are responsible for the gear during the rental period. This means that you are obliged to pay the total price of the gear in the event of:
Our gear is meant for you to use. So we will of course not require compensation for normal wearage. This also means that should any of our gear break during your rental period due to normal wearage, we will try to deliver you another model on the same or next day, and compensate you for the lost day(s).
Are we not able to deliver another model of the gear, because all is rented out, we will of course fully compensate you.
In no event shall Easygoing or its staff or owners be liable to you for any direct or indirect accidents to yourself, a member of your group or a third party, during use of the rental gear.
The foregoing limitations also apply to any damages or punitive consequences your usage of our gear has resulted in.
